The products in the online store are sold by NordiNova Oy (business ID 3372944-7). We sell within Finland. Product prices include 24% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs. Unfortunately, we do not deliver orders to Åland.
ORDERING
Products are ordered online at www.dettävaitavis.com via the shopping cart. All orders are confirmed by email. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide your email address when ordering. The customer agrees to the terms of use in force with each order.
PAYMENT METHODS
Klarna
Products and their possible shipping costs are paid when ordering. The following payment methods can be used in the online store: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Handelsbanken, POP Pankki, Aktia, Säästöpankki, omaSp, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken, Danske Bank, Klarna invoice and Klarna account, as well as the most common payment cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express).
Online banks and payment cards
The payment service for online banking and payment card payments is implemented by Klarna Oy in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Klarna Oy appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement.

When paying with Klarna Invoice, your transactions are safe and easy. You never have to provide your payment card details and you always receive the products you ordered before you need to pay for them.

If the payment is late, a reminder fee of EUR 5.00 and late payment interest according to the Interest Act will be added to the final amount of the invoice. Klarna checks the creditworthiness of the subscriber at the time of purchase, which in some cases may also mean checking credit information. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Klarna uses personal data to conduct customer analyses, identify the person, assess creditworthiness and for marketing purposes. The personal identity number is used as a customer number for customer administration reasons. Due to Klarna’s security practices, products ordered with a Klarna invoice can only be sent to the subscriber himself.
Klarna installment payment – payment terms
Pay in installments starting from EUR 5 / month.
Klarna Installment Payment is designed for situations when you want to decide for yourself in which monthly installments you will pay off the final amount of your order. Klarna Installment Payment is also much more. You will receive the products you ordered before you need to pay for them and all purchases paid for with Klarna Installment Payment will be combined into one monthly invoice. Orders paid for with Klarna Installment Payment in different online stores will also be automatically combined into the same monthly invoice.

DELIVERY METHODS AND DELIVERY COSTS
We collect and post products every weekday. Shipping costs depend on the delivery method you choose. If you choose a DB Schenker pickup point for orders over 50 euros, shipping is free. Packages are currently shipped from us within 1-2 business days of ordering. However, sometimes order processing can be busy and take a little longer.
Delivery time varies depending on stock availability. Normal delivery time is 2-5 working days. During peak seasons, delivery times may sometimes be longer. If the product is not in stock, the estimated delivery time is approximately 1-3 weeks, depending on the product. TarjousTaivas is not responsible for any delays after the product has been shipped by TarjousTaivas.
Shipping costs include postage and packaging costs. We offer our customers the following shipping methods:
LETTER

Delivered to your home mailbox or postbox.
Delivery within 2-3 business days to all parts of Finland (delivery times in sparsely populated areas may differ from the above). No tracking.
Letters are delivered by Posti.
PLACES
Pick-up from your chosen Posti pick-up point – €6.90
Pick up your package from your chosen post office. When the package has arrived at your post office, you will receive a notification from Posti. Please note that Posti primarily only notifies you of the arrival of packages by text message or email. Storage period 7 days.
DB SCHENKER
Pick-up from your chosen DB Schenker pick-up point – €6.90
Pick up your package from your chosen DB Schenker location. When the package has arrived at your post office, you will receive a notification from DB Schenker. Please note that DB Schenker primarily only notifies you of the arrival of packages by text message or email. Storage period 7 days.
When your order is over 50 euros, you get free shipping when you choose a DB Schenker pickup point as the delivery method. Please note that in this case, when proceeding to payment, you must select a DB Schenker pickup point as the delivery method to take advantage of the free shipping.
TRAVEL SERVICE
Nearby parcel – €6.90
The parcel is delivered to the nearest parcel point to the recipient’s address or to the parcel point chosen by the sender (R-Kioski, K-Market and Matkahuolto outlets). Delivery time 1-3 days. The recipient can pick up the parcel that has arrived at the parcel machine with a PIN code, which we send to the recipient via text message or email in the arrival notification. The parcel is stored for 7 days.
Once we have processed your order, you will receive an email notification that “Your order has been shipped” and a tracking number for the shipment. Your product has then been shipped by the selected shipping company.
Uncollected parcels will be charged 15 euros to cover administrative costs.
If you are unable to collect your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. In this case, we may still be able to prevent your shipment from being returned to us undelivered.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
teppataivas.com complies with the Consumer Protection Act and the Consumer Agency’s online shopping guidelines. This means that you can familiarize yourself with the product in the comfort of your home and adjust it if necessary. If the product is not suitable or does not correspond to the product you ordered; you are entitled to return the product within 30 days of receiving the order. You must always first notify teppataivas.com customer service of the return by email. Returns returned after more than 30 days will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
We do not refund shipping costs for returned orders. Returns are at your own expense.
We will deduct the shipping fee of €6.90 from the return amount.
Return instructions
Return of products is at your own expense in accordance with our terms and conditions.

We will refund your money / update your Klarna invoice once we have received the product in its original packaging and with the tags in place.
You can also receive instructions for returning the product by sending an email to customer service at info@dettävaitavis.com.
Attach to the product to be returned:

- Reason for return
Remember to keep a receipt/receipt for your return as proof in case the shipment gets lost for some reason.
The right of return does not apply to hygiene products (e.g. blackhead removers), underwear, cosmetics or spiked mats.
The returned product and product packaging must be unused, in original condition, and resalable. If this is not the case, we will not refund the price of the product.
Once the return has been received, processed and approved, Klarna will normally refund the money within 1-3 business days, sometimes it can take up to 5 business days. In the case of a Klarna invoice/partial payment, the refund will be made to the Klarna invoice or account.
SHIPMENTS DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSPORT
If the shipment is lost during transit or despite careful packaging during transport, the shipments may be damaged. If the package is damaged during transport and if the ordered product/products are also damaged, take a picture of the product and immediately file a damage report at the pickup point. Then contact our customer service immediately and we will deliver a replacement product to you. If your order has not arrived and it has been lost during transport to you, please contact the customer service of tähtävaisas.com immediately within a reasonable time, but no later than 30 days from the shipment.
COMPLAINTS
If the consumer has been delivered the wrong product, the wrong quantity of products, or the product is damaged, the consumer must notify the consumer by email as soon as possible, but within a reasonable time, no later than 30 days from the date of shipment.
PROMOTION CODES AND DISCOUNTS
TarjousTaivaa’s marketing channels occasionally publish promotional codes for our online store. A percentage discount is given on all products, including promotional prices.
